This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, indoor swimming pool, and non-smoking rooms. The staff even helped me find my way to an important location on my first stay, which I appreciated. I'll definitely come back for a weekend!

Neat units with a movie, a mini fridge plus excellent coffee, and the staff were efficient. The breakfast had lots of options and included cereal, toast, hot waffles and scrambled eggs. The hotel's location was magnificent, really close to Brockville and restaurants.

The early check-in was a much-appreciated convenience.

On arrival, one of my booked rooms was not ready, which caused significant inconvenience for my family. The room that I stayed in was supposed to accommodate three people, yet it was inadequately stocked with bedding and towels. The unpleasant odor in the bathroom and the quality of the pullout couch further added to my disappointing experience.

The fresh popcorn upon arrival created a cute atmosphere that was a good surprise after a long journey.

I really enjoyed my stay with a fantastic hotel staff, made my experience much more pleasant, especially since I was in town on short notice for a family event, and the location offered a quick walk to Hardy Park and the Aquatarium, perfect spots for a nice stroll during my free time.
